These rates are based on local price comparisons. We will make adjustments for last minute bookings, large parties and longer stays. This is of course subject to availability. Please E-mail us your inquiries, we will respond ASAP. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: At time of booking a DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED. Upon receipt of deposit we will confirm in writing by fax or by mail. Upon arrival your booking deposit becomes your damage/loss deposit which is refunded upon a satisfactory report from our cleaning service. THE RENTAL AMOUNT IS DUE, IN FULL, 30 days before arrival. All rentals are subject to all applicable taxes. In the event of cancellation, any funds already collected will be refunded less 10% upon re-renting the entire period. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
